I was so worried about my clothes and furniture being dirty and dusty and was quite surprised that everything was in great shape!!!!!!! The manager, Montell at your Alsip location was so professional and accommodating, that he made the experience very pleasant for me. I would definitely recommend U-Haul to my friends and I would use again if necessary. Thank you for the great service and give Montell the recognition he deserves!!!

If I had any gripe, it would be where I had to store my belongings compared to the loading dock. A separate loading dock near the rear would jump this experience to next level. Superiority. Over all....EXCELLENT QUALITY AND EXPERIENCE.
