They steal don’t clean the units , over charging basically scamming you with the prices and how they go about stuff I would never recommend nobody to u-haul ever

Also I understand that payments are processed when it's due, but if you take your stuff out within a certain time of that payment, you should be charged according to the days of your storage and not the whole month. Or even a refund would be nice.
