How U-Haul Reviews WorkI've rented a trailer from this location several times recently - trucks and trailers many times over the last few decades. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Operator (franchisee?) is super friendly, informative and helpful and someone I feel comfortable doing business with long term. Storage is a bit expensive, but the units are clean and secure, and the certainty of monthly rate is something to consider as Public Storage has a concerted effort to pirate storage customers with online reviews suggesting customers experience rate increases after renting.

Maria J | Overall ExperienceEverything went great with this location. Tara was always super helpful. However, Brad at this location was down right disrespectful. He scolded me for parking in the wrong spot. After he brought to my attention. My dad went to move my vehicle, and yet Brad wanted to continue to banter. Pretty uncomfortable that he kept going, so much so that Tara apologized for his behavior. I have always been kind to the staff here, even brought donuts one day. Brad is not a good representative of service for U-Haul. If you don’t like your job- maybe it’s time to find something else. Thanks Tara for always being kind. Brad- maybe find a job you don’t have to assist humans. Being kind is free.
