The representative, Twantha, also known with the nickname T, took me around in her golf cart and showed me several units so as to match me with a unit that best suited my needs. I ended up in a large, climate controlled unit on the street level. I found the property clean and well maintained. I found the lighting in the interior hallways and inside the units to be sufficient, with the lighting in the individual unit operating on a timer. The provided four wheeled float was nice for moving things into the unit. The doors from outside are nice and wide to accommodate many household items. The HVAC unit was cooling nicely the first day I was moving in and had frozen up the next day. I reported it to the manager, T, and she immediately sent a request to have it repaired. There are clean restrooms on site which was convenient and beneficial. I like that the property is behind a fence and gates and can be accessed with a remote control. Although storage is very expensive here, it’s both convenient and nice for a storage facility. I would recommend to anyone asking that they use this property for their storage needs.
