The employees I interacted with were very nice and helpful with all the inter-workings. It was very easy to change my turn in trailer location as well as obtain my storage unit. I did find out that you all provide a Military Discount after the fact when I asked about a storage unit price. I did ask about a Military Discount when I first rented the trailer, but they said they didn't have one, which I found out from my these employees at the storage unit that you did. I always ask for one as you never know who provides you one. At my local facility, they said they couldn't provide me back my refund. This was upsetting and confusing to me and your employees at the Chesapeake store. They too were very helpful with the exception of a Military Discount.
