The location of the storage unit was horrible. Not clean. A customer service called and unbeknownst to me canceled my unit i reserved. Then when we get to the location I was supposed to have one unit 5×12 they assigned me two small units on the 6th floor. My son went up in the elevator one time and then he couldn't get back down. The elevator got stuck he was stuck on the 6th floor. We was calling the manager no answer for 30min then we called the 800 customer service number no help.

I’ve been renting vans from them for the last few years but just began renting a storage unit. The facility is clean and well maintained. I’d highly recommend this location for both renting a vehicle and storage of your belongings.
