Gerald P | First ImpressionsMy storing experience with U-haul was great! I couldn't have asked for a better storage facility. I rented my unit after having two u-boxes shipped here from out of state. Having everything indoors was super ideal. Being able to unload my u-boxes inside then moving everything into a storage unit on my own timeframe was great. I had to store my stuff here for about a year and 8 months until I moved into a bigger house, and not once was my rent raised, so thank you for that! I also really enjoyed having the indoor loading bay, I've never seen that before at other storage facilities, but that made for a pleasant experience, especially when the weather wasn't ideal. If I ever need to store anything again, I will definitely be coming back here. Thanks! Oh, and most importantly, my stuff that I was storing here, didn't get damaged while in storage. Everything stayed how it was, and the building didn't leak or anything like that. An overall great experience, from getting my u-boxes shipped here and to storing my belongings for a while. Thanks again!

charles c | Overall ExperienceStaff act like it's inconvenient to help customers they want you to do everything on the app. With no personal real interaction, which I don't like. In the years before, everyone was very helpful and interacted well with customers. I'm not sure what happened to cause theses changes but place is also not as clean as it was in the past.
