carol g | First ImpressionsThe young ladies were very helpful the first day I came and got the truck I believe her name was janiqua Sanders she was so helpful and informative and so was the other young lady I just don't remember her name however they were very Swift quick it was convenient easy very helpful and they knew their stuff. I also received one month's free on the U-Haul rental and she gave me all the information explain everything to me and Dad and the young gentleman he helped me with entering the code so I knew how to enter it in when I came to the facility everyone was great helpful knew their stuff the facility was clean smelled really good when I dropped the the van back off the gentleman was very nice and informative and just great overall I will give them 20 starts if I could cuz they were that excellent. It was the U-Haul in Columbia Missouri on Business loop the University of Missouri location at Business loop that crew over there definitely deserve a raise!!!!!

brad w | Overall ExperienceI lost my stuff bc I couldn't afford to pay the amount of money that was supposed to be paid for the storage service. Let me elaborate on my experience... First and foremost I went to the store on Sexton Rd in Columbia MO. and picked out my unit size under a New employee and thought everything was settled. Just to go in and try to make a payment just to find out the employee had given me a storage unit that was bigger then what I had initially signed up for and when I questioned the agent about it I was told that there was nothing they could do about it bc my stuff was already in the unit. No apology or anything. The service at that time was very u empathetic and I tried to give them the amount that was owed and they would not even take my payment bc I was told they don't take partial payments..they needed the entire amount . Like I said no response to the fact that I was given the wrong size unit which was more than what I could afford. Annnd I had moved out of town due to my spouse passing. The weather didn't allow me access to come and make payments and I had a job that I couldn't afford to take off from and come to Columbia and whenever I did plan a trip the weather would not permit me. It has been a very emotional year for me to lose all of my belongings things that I could not get ever again. Then upon talking to a Supervisor concerning my termination of my storage I was given a date that was not even the correct date. I was told my stuff was going up for auction on the 15th well I didn't have time to come back it cost tooooo much for storage unit and I just feel sick to my stomach in regards to the service I received ....oh and your link is always unavailable future reference

The unit I was assigned was an indoor entrance which was nice to stay out of the weather bc while organizing the unit but carrying items through two doors and down that hallway was not ideal. The carts supplied were a lifesaver but next time I would request closer to the end of the building or an outdoor access unit.

James W | Overall ExperienceI did not like having to provide a copy of my drivers license and a photo. I have been renting from U-Haul for years and never had to have my license and a photo stored in U-Haul. Databases. I understand presenting photo ID but not for UHaul to keep.

No one tryed to contact me from u haul they told my son who was not on the lease agreement I was the only one on the lease I should have been contacted. They're saying I owe u haul $57.00 I'm not paying it they owe me money. I'm contacting an attorney and see if I have grounds for a lawsuit against your company. I paid every month and I should have personally been notified you where overlocking my unit!!!
