Waited for over 45 Minutes for the only forklift operator to move my uboxes to the unloading area for the storage units. Spoke to the representative to see if she forgot about me, and she got smart like with an attitude to let me know that her boss was aware, but was busy. Waited since 10 am, u oxes weren't moved to 1140ish. Not to mention that the weekend before they were to bring down my uboxes so I could move them into a storage unit the week before, and the uboxes weren't even brought down, nor was a unit available to move into (2 units were available 2 5x5's, not 1 10x10. So I was unable to access my items or my move. Yesterday I literally was moving things from ubox unloading area to the loading/unloading storage facility. Spoke to a rep as to the location of the unit for easy access but it seemed like I was put clearly halfway to the back. Not to mention that the staff member pushed us over to another staff member to complete the order because she had "too much to finish". Completely unhappy and dissatisfied with the staff, their customer service, and the lack of respect for the customer's time and the people they may have hired to move their stuff. and how the whole experience was handled unprofessionally. If you expect your payments on time, you should be on time with your customers when you say your going to be there, or have something completed for them, or at least communicate with the customer if there are delays. They literally came over and parked the forklift by the uboxes while I waited for over 30 minutes for someone to move it.
