I want to shout out the Amazing staff everyone was so so nice and friendly I would recommend this specific location to my friends family and everyone in between! I would love to shout out whoever was on shift April 6 between 10a-4p April 7th around 4:30/5pm both in the main building and the storage facility! The whole pick up and drop off for the van was a breeze and the guy at the front desk helped me pick out the most convenient storage unit. I want to add this is the second time I’ve used the facilities and I have no complaints!

While the manager at the rental location was excellent, the staff for both vehicle/equipment rentals and storage rentals missed the mark. On multiple occasions they have contradictory/inaccurate information and had a poor attitude. This caused me to go to a different location for vehicle/equipment rentals.
