If there is lower than 1 Star, i will rate this UHAUL branch as THE LOWEST STAR YOU CAN THINK OF. They are liars. When we picked up the truck, Margaret, the receptionist, marked the fuel as quarter filled. When we checked, it was empty. She tried to fix it by calling managers or whatever. She cant fix it. But we took a video and photo for proof. She signed the receipt that it is in fact empty fuel. She adviced us to just return it same as empty. We returned the truck at poughkeepsie with the fuel as more than a quarter. The guy there checked it and we have a photo and video for that. BUT STILL WE WERE CHARGED 21 dollars. I called the Elmira branch and spoked with MARIAH. She is not nice at all. She did not fix the issue. But instead,She argued with me and never listen to me but instead raised. her voice on me. She claimed thats not there fault but the system and the other branch fault. But the fact she is rude to me is very unacceptable. She needs training to respect a customer that is disappointed coz of their mistakes BUT denied it. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH. They lie and very RUDE especially MARIAH. THE COMPANY SHOULD TAKE ACTIONS ON THIS ESPECIALLY MARIAH. Because this is NOT ACCEPTABLE
