PEDRO R | First ImpressionsThis particular facility apparently has a high volume of customers, but struggle to accommodate them in a timely manner which leaves customers very frustrated and for some very irritate from what experience while there. I was told my first month storage rate would be free but yet I was charged.

I had to leave a job that I had only started two days prior to take care of this issue. Other then that it was ok, I Suggest just moving slower and pay more attention.

Sherri M | First ImpressionsLighting is very bad on all storage units I’ve had. They don’t stay on long enough and there is no light at all inside units to see when we are moving in or moving out. The automatic sensor lights don’t stay on until I leave they turn of in less then 5 minutes barely time to figure out how to open the door.
