He showed me all of the steps with the card (checking in and out). He also showed me where my unit was and easily answered all of my questions. Overall, a great experience

We had over 100 bicycles that we needed to repair for the Foster Alliance so it was imperative that we have lights. Kaleb was very nice and when we moved in. Andy is amazing and very understanding. He is an exemplary employee and should be recognized for his outstanding customer service.
