I rented 2 of the largest units for 7 years , paying on time every month. I spent more than $18,000 over the years on storage, materials, and trucks. My last month I moved out 3 days after paying my rental. Clay Edinger refused to refund me for the remaining 27 days that I had paid for and would not be using. What horrible customer relations. It's no wonder Clay only has 3 of 5 stars on Google.

We paid for a month but needed to use it for two weeks. Uhaul should be able pro rate and refund the amount not needed. Otherwise all was good.

We stored our household goods there for 3 years and everything was in perfect condition. They were also incredibly helpful when it came to time for us to use a U-Box for shipping to our new location.
