Unfortunately I booked this location via online in error, talked to a manager to cancel it the following week that I booked it, however still received a charge to my account. I've spoken to another manager and received the move out receipt and will patiently wait to ensure my card does not get charged again. I've never visited this facility and was booking for my daughter online, so I can't speak to many of the questions above. However, my past experiences with Uhaul overall, have been favorable. We are a military family and are always on the move, so we use your business services across the US frequently. Please ensure my card does not get charged again for Unit 512. Thank you.
