My entire experience at this location was awesome! A main reason for this was due to the excellent customer service always given by Carlos and Zell. And when I could no longer afford to maintain the storage Mr. Bob also exceeded my expectations with his customer service. I'm very thankful for the staff at the Westchase location and would recommend my family and friends there without a doubt.
