From the front desk attendants to the General Manager, the U-Haul moving and storage crew, everyone was kind and patient in going through the process of renting a commercial van and ultimately registering for a storage unit. We had no idea that a promotion was happening and we could get a one month rental of any storage unit without any charge. We had rented a van to pick up car parts from a friend, about 90 minutes away and were going to have to store the parts in the house for the next 2 weeks before we could start putting them together. When we were notified about the free storage unit, the staff offered us a larger unit on the first floor of the facility. It was perfect! and in less than 2 weeks, we cleaned our our storage unit and began working on the car. Your kind offer of a free storage unit was unbelievable and so helpful. We thank all of the crew at U-Haul on Enterprise, lead by Cale the General Manager and would definitely recommend THIS U-Haul facility to all our friends. Thank you again. Linda and Chico
LINDA M | Overall ExperienceWhen we moved out there was evidence of rodents (mice droppings) on furniture. The facility does utilize mouse deterrence and clearly working hard to curb this. This is the only reason this facility received 4 stars rating rather than 5. Excellent facility.
