ANDREA G | First ImpressionsDebbie (The Uhaul Momma), first told me if didn't want to be charged after me free month was up, to make sure I was out the day BEFORE my bill. Saved me $150. Also, even though they normally just require a pic when you move out (which I didn't know), she was willing to come back and personally inspect my unit, since I was heading back there anyway to take out my last load. Further, when I left my unit locked when I turned in my keys (which I also didn't know), Debbie was willing to go back and get my lock herself instead of requiring me to do it before I checked out. It's small kindnesses like these that save you time, particularly when you're already exhausted from moving a few hundred pounds, that make all the difference. Will use them again.
