Ladies behind the counter were less than helpful with a terrible attitude. Ended up having to cut the lock so I didn’t have to pay 100 dollars for a locksmith and then they proceeded to give me and my wife a terrible attitude for the rest of our checkout.

Mentioned there was “supposed to be one” in the unit and had to purchase one. Not happy about that. Facility is good. Elevator is routinely an issue.

Who didn’t keep the place clean and the hours went down never mind the door security went up. So if you needed to make a few trips someone would have to stand at the door with the card to let you out in and out.
