I truly can not imagine that you have not received other complaints about her behavior. Only after this “manager “ Elizabeth knew after I set my phone on the counter and told her that this conversation was being listened to by another UHaul rep on the phone, did she tampered down her horrendous behavior. When I returned the truck the two ladies(Connie, Niki) that I complained about their coworker to, heartily apologized and could not have been more helpful. Connie and Nicki should be commended for their outstanding customer service and care.
