My experience with the customer service representative UHAUL, an individual asian guy was nothing short of appalling. His behavior was not only unprofessional but also exhibited a deliberate disregard for my time and well-being. Initially, he requested a code from me and then insisted on selling me a lock, claiming that it was mandatory. Despite my repeated explanations that I was in a hurry and that my wife was not feeling well, he wasted over an hour of my time, seemingly without concern for the urgency of my situation. His actions felt intentional, as if he was deliberately hindering me. At the end of this frustrating ordeal, when I reviewed the charges, I was shocked to see an inflated sum of $333. Upon questioning the reason for such an exorbitant amount, he tried to adjust the figure, but by then, my trust had already been shattered. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. I couldn’t shake the feeling that the representative’s behavior was not only unprofessional but also racially biased. It was an extremely disheartening and unpleasant experience, one that I would not wish upon anyone. Thanks Syed
