I've used this facility a couple of times and I wouldn't use anyone else!!!! This is top notch service from the time you walk in to the time you leave!!!! I've rented trucks, utilized their temperature controlled storage facility and hired movers through Uhaul. The gentlemen that moved my belongings are professional, kind and trustworthy!!!! I appreciate each and every person so very much!!!

There was a problem with the computer system in regard to the access card. The card would not work so we will have to come back next week and see if it works or get a new card.

Hank V | Overall ExperienceI do think you should pro rate when I paid for full month when I had it out on the 11th , should I have kept my stuff there for 20 more days. If you look into how many years I have used your facility, not only storage but rented trucks. I wish you reconsider your price for 11 days. With that said I want to commend your choice of management because Tamara Vaughn and her staff is the most professional group I have ever dealt with. Please acknowledge them and store staff.
