The noise of the alarms was horrible. Also, nobody responded to the alarm, so I figure nobody checks when it goes off. Online check in and check out was awesome. I was so confused on how to get inside, it also threw me off that my unit number was on one of the decorative doors stuck to the front of the building. Door number 5 on the west side was frequently open with nobody there.

It Was Koo Tho Because I Like Learning And Figuring Things Out. Problem Solving On My Own! I Like The Facility And All The Features And Security There. I Also Like The Price. Have No Complaints. Great Job!
jaumar m | First ImpressionsBrady Oyen as the general manager at this store was primarily the only one who could really accommodate what it was and what I needed to vary from time to time. However unfortunately the staff at this location seem to have a rather hard time getting along with costumers without it being an issue. Other than Brady there needs to be a better pick up of workers and not workers who just don't want to just do their job because it's mandatory and to excuse off what they don't want to handle it with.

Then I talked to a regional customer service person and he helped me and could not get anyone at the store to answer either. Then two days letter I got an email telling me that my account was past due when it was already closed.
