I like the facility but it was very very hard to find the storage we walked around there for ‘ 45’min find our unit then when we found we had to walk up to them so we couldn’t take the thing with us so we had to drag everything up steps. There’s no elevator to get to it. It was not convenient. that’s why I would’ve said also because the person was amazing. Katie was her name

How U-Haul Reviews WorkCould never get a hold of anyone in the storage office. When I finally did by phone once I hung up after being on hold for 30 minutes. Tried to reach them in the office there via email and my emails were ignored so for almost 2 months of my storage being empty and me telling U-Haul because I couldn’t get a hold of anyone in the office, they kept sending me emails threatening more charges and to auction off my belongings which again IT WAS EMPTY FOR MONTHS. DO NOT go to this storage. The bathroom is always a mess with overflowing garbage cans and trash on the floor. Odd belongings and trash in the halls. Would never go there if it was the last storage on the planet!!!

The 10x5 we couldn't use because it has a lock on it, called and the person helping me said they will check on the issue, but he never got back to me.
