Everything was good. Only complaint I have is that the bigger storage rooms are located with stair usage and no elevator access which makes it difficult to store items. A ramp would be more ideal than stairs

Jonathan G | Overall ExperienceThe first 3 months were great, and I had no issues initially. However, things took a serious turn after that. When I recently went to clear out my unit, I discovered hundreds of rat droppings throughout my belongings. What started as a few visible droppings turned out to be a major infestation once everything was removed. This is extremely concerning because customers trust storage facilities to keep their items safe and clean. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. My belongings were exposed to contamination, and it’s clear the pest control and maintenance are not being properly managed. I would not recommend storing anything here unless this issue is fully addressed
