Robert T | First ImpressionsWIsh U-Haul policy was pro-rated because I couldn't get started on clearing my storage unit out due to hard weather before my cycle kicked in, so now, I've paid for some 25+ days of a storage unit with no access to that storage unit. It is what it is.
Bryan W | Overall ExperienceMy only complaint with minor was that anyone could access the building during open hours. There were constantly homeless/questionable people going in and out of the unit to look at the “free” stuff by the front doors. Which felt unsafe during later hours. I wish you needed an access card to get in at all times.
