There was one gentleman at the Truro location who is very kind, helpful and honestly made my experience with u-Haul a positive experience. The only complaint that I have is that if I can access the building, I should be able to access my unit. Also, the second floor (the floor my unit was on) seemed to have some water issues (that didnt effect my items) but it did make it smell like mildew. But again, I wish I had gotten the guys name in Truro, he was amazing.

I think the pricing is was too high you so would not recommend. Also, I cancelled my contract , returned keys etc yet still had 3 notification of " lete payment/leins)), that's not acceptable.

Staff was very accommodating and was actually willing to give me a solutions and answered all of my questions that I had. they went out of the way to help me out with my moving needs and love the fact that they gave me first month complementary storage to keep my stuff.
Swapnil M | First ImpressionsI had rented a storage unit and when I showed up with my things to move in another padlock was on my storage unit and they told me that they had rented it to someone else by mistake. This resulted in me getting a larger unit than I needed. The keypad was also not working when my movers tried to access the storage facility and the manager let us know that she was getting at someone to look at it the next business day. The staff were friendly, but the situation was not ideal considering I was moving today.
