Made a reservation, however, the associates could not find my name, therefore, I did not get my request on temperature control room. Apparently, as far as the reservation and other requests , “first come first “ according to the associates. Other wise the employees are friendly.

We did contact the facility and the staff is very kind and said it would be removed today. But the office seems very unorganized
CALEDONIA B | First ImpressionsThere was a serious moth issue, as I've noticed a few moths every time I check the storage unit. After getting all my belongings and moving into a new house, I noticed several (live) moths that were inside my moving boxes. Not ideal to say the least!

Many broken down vehicles stored and it looked like homeless were living out of a trailer stored there. They raised the rate too often and I am able to find a cleaner spot that is what my original rate was 3 years ago. Overall, very disappointed

I would recommend this u-haul to anyone - for storage, supplies, or truck rental.
