Although the facility is older and in disrepair the staff is very kind and helpful. I do not like that calls roll over to the call center. I would have preferred that the calls be answered when busy with prompts to go to the call center or to be on hold for the location called. I found it uncaring and distressful that calls were automatically shunted to someone in a call center. This adds another layer of miscommunication. All considered I would consider another rental company but would want to find another with staff as kind and helpful as what I found at each location. Uhaul should consider as a company how they are shooting themselves in the foot with how they handle patrons thru call centers and the lack of facility upgrades beyond the front end.
