Rita F | Overall ExperienceI had a very frustrating experience during my recent move-in. The doors closest to my assigned storage unit were broken, and I was not informed of this ahead of time. As a result, the only available doors for unloading were extremely far from my unit. Because of this, my movers were forced to walk a long distance repeatedly just to unload my belongings, which made the process unnecessarily difficult, time-consuming, and stressful. Had I been informed in advance that the doors near my unit were not working, I would have chosen a different unit—preferably one closer to a functioning entrance or an outside unit. I attempted to speak with a manager, but none was available. I did raise my concerns with the front desk staff; however, they were not helpful and simply stated that the doors were broken and that there was nothing they could do. I strongly feel that a manager should have been available to address this issue, explain alternative options, or find a way to rectify the situation or make it right. This situation could have been avoided with proper communication and customer service. I am very disappointed in how this was handled and hope this matter can be reviewed and addressed appropriately.
