There are no lights, power outlets. Why do we have to use an ancient freight elevator? And why are so many places in the floor grossly uneven?

Also refused over $300 to pay up one storage area and to let clean out another. After offers to me to do so. Did not approach her to make. She put in writing to me. Then claimed all storage areas one acct. Both times, 2 separate occasions, 2 separate offers to me. I strongly feel given her demeanor and other behaviors including she could not look me in the eyes when spoke to and tears. She is a desperate drug addict, desperate for cash for DRUGS. One storage area contained my laptop and the other a coffee table with a design of South American butterflies under glass top and CA oak. Am very, very, very, disappointed
