There was no indication of where the truck should be left. There was basically no room to put the truck anywhere without blocking the storage entrance or the facility entrance. It appeared that the truck was supposed to have been left inside of the storage unit area, but no access code was provided and there was not a single person on site to assist despite being within an allowed return window.
