The first and BIGGEST complaint is this is a dedicated over the road truck with NO effing CRUISE CONTROL!!! Who’s brilliant idea was this knowing it was a over the road van?? Driving 500+ miles sucks without it? Receiving man was very arrogant (I'm not the only one to point this out. Look at the reviews) and told the person he was helping as i waled in to move aside i have to take this return. He was renting or was trying to rent a U-Haul trailer. The gentleman balked for a second and he told him again to step aside and I don’t need you, you need me. Upon checking in the truck, he never even looked at it, he just took down my info and truck info and told me I’d receive a text/email with confirmation. I felt extremely uneasy leaving and then almost 5 hours later I took a drive back to the location and questioned can he give me a receipt and he snapped back with "Check your email". The conformation email it was returned and 0.00 owed came in litterally and I was walking into his store. Definitly NOT using that store for any of my future U-Haul needs.!!!
CHARLES BNot very friendly, could not open app in store and was told I don't know how to use mobile device when it was a VPN on my phone blocking it, I was told to move over because, time is money", and there was another guy behind me that didn't even buy anything just wanted to chat with guy behind counter, I will never use them again. I did everything online the night before and I was told I did not but yet they had how many miles I put in the site the night before, so they had my information.
WAYNE GI drove 42 miles but was charged for 127. Was suppose to have the issue put into a dispute but was not added to that instead I was over charged. Miles on trip said 42.3 yet person charged me for 127. Makes no sense at all. Disputing with U-Haul and my bank
Bryon WReally great experience. But I did leave my glasses in the cab and I hope to get the back. That will depend a lot for this review
