I have a uhaul center 1 mile from my house but was only able to drop off the trailer at a couple of places that were not convenient. I don't understand, on a one way rental, why I couldn't choose a location convenient to me.

The call center caused much of the confusion with my U-haul experience. Out of the 4 call center reps that I dealt with one was good, her name was Alicia. The others lacked through advice. Next time I would call the locations directly.

Prices are very expensive. i used a 17' truck for 24 hours and it costs well over $100. It's very misleading that the rental rate is only $29.95 but the per mile rate piles up and you end up paying 3 times the actual rental rate in mileage alone. it as very disappointing to be charged so much. i may not use UHaul again.

Workers seemed to be not too friendly. Kept getting pushed off from one worker to the next. And WAY too expensive for moving for a total of 3 days

There were dents and light on outside of cab for tghe bed of the pickup was broke. There was dirt in the bed of the pickup. I did not have to do a walk around. This was OK as no charges could be levid if I made a dent or anything. Very supprised in the differance from about 2 years past when I rented a pickup

I spoke with a young lady named Carrie regarding the return of the trailer. She was very helpful and courteous. Scott was at the Reno location. He was helping another customer, but immediately acknowledged us and said he would be right with us. He was quick to inspect the trailer and we were on our way. Our experience with U Haul was very positive. We appreciate the professionalism.

None of the electrical worked on passenger side of truck. No lights, turn signals, anything. Employees were RUDE when I returned it to exchange. Gave me an OLD truck which broke down in the middle of nowhere.
