MANCHESTER, N.H. (April 28, 2026) — U-Haul® is offering 30 days of free self-storage and U-Box® container use at three Company facilities to displaced residents of the Manchester apartment fire that tore through a Beech Hill Avenue building earlier this month.
The three-alarm fire broke out after 9 p.m. on April 18, engulfing the multi-unit complex. More than 100 firefighters responded to the scene. The building was declared a total loss, leaving approximately 60 residents without a home. The American Red Cross has been assisting displaced tenants.
