I made a reservation for a trailer and when I got to the lot there was a truck blocking the trailers and no one was there. (The business was closed) I called the number on the business door and was told someone would be there, even though the hours said it was open. The owner showed up and she was very nice and we eventually were able to get our trailer and go.NATHAN L.
Return location marked the return date incorrect. I actually returned the trailer 2 days early, but was charged a late fee. I emailed the address provided to inform you but have gotten no response. Actually really upset about this.Jason Y.
No thoughts for improvements because I can't think of even one negative issue! The mechanics were professional and kind. And the girl who helped up with the rental was stellar! She was personable, helpful, professional, I could literally go on and on. This facility went above and beyond which is so refreshing! Will definitely be returning!!!Megan R.

First the entire process with the 26' truck was not favorable. I reserved the truck to be picked up in my home area just to find out that 2 weeks later I had to drive 1 1/2 hours to pick it up. After U-Haul called to advise me of this, I scheduled a 0800am pick up for the 27th if December 2018. I arrived to pick up the truck but I had to wait almost 2 hours for the owner to arrive. I called several numbers when U-Haul rep called me back and told me that the owners had to be woke up. This entire process put my move back 1 day and I had to pay more expenses. Uhaul as well as this location was sub standard.NEIL A.
This was the worst service of any freaking business that I've ever worked with . First off I had to drive 1 hr and 20 mins to pick up the truck only to get there and find out that the location was closed . My scheduled appointment was for 8 am. I had planned my day to start loading the U-Haul at 0900 with movers to assist . I had to call several numbers and finally got the location owner out of bed only to meet me at 0945 . My day was shot since I got back home at 1145 . My wife and I loaded the truck until 9pm and missed my travel time. We postponed our departure the following day which was not the plan . I'm highly upset with U-Haul all the way around . I am a state police officer and the found out that the U-Haul headquarters is not far from my work location in Raleigh. I assure you that I will be visiting that location after the new year when I return to work . I will not use your services any longer and will be notifity all of my contacts through NC to avoid using U-Haul . This was the worst location I could Imagine. The equipment was not there and it took over an hour to find it. They charged me $20 to install a hitch that I coukd Have done in 1 minute. They never told me there was a charge for installation until it was done.Eric R.

I was charged for a missing blanket, even though I did not have one missing. I never took any of them out of the cargo area of the uhaul due to them being completely WET when I picked up my Uhaul in Greenville.Myles S.
