I would never rent from this place again. I prepaid for my reservation and showed up an hour and change late to find out the woman canceled my reservation and refunded my card without even calling me. She had to redo the whole thing and proceeded to lecture me on being late using the example of how could I expect to be served at a restaurant if I showed up an hour late. APPALLING! I was livid. The place also reeked of smoke, and she had a dog under her desk that was barking and growling at me the entire time, so I waited outside. I think I'm honestly done using Uhaul altogether after this experience. This is the second time my reservation has been canceled, the first was for a move across states when the guy on the phone clearly was not good with computers and accidentally canceled my entire reservation when I called to upgrade the size truck I needed. I was shocked to find out there were no trucks available when I showed up the next day to retrieve my truck which became a huge stressful cluster of stringing together multiple trucks and a trailer to move.Julia W.

First off they gave me discount due to truck being empty I said cool well I made it 3 blocks before I ran out of gas so there goes my discount because now I had to purchase a gas can to get gas that's one bad thing second when I got into truck it smelled so bad I gagged it smelled like wet dog and cigarettes there was trash inside and in backJUSTIN B.

I did not have confidence in the woman who helped me. Se seemed a bit incompetent and as it turns out she was. She processed the wrong driver for my trip and so I had to do 90 percent of the driving because of her incompetence. I would not have used UHAUL if i had known I would n't be working with an actual Uhaul employee.JAMES V.

Since this location has the 24/7 pick up there should be in area designated for people who are doing after hour pick up that's well-lit it with some sort of station for doing mobile processing. Ie pictures of self, pictures of driver's license, inspection of rental vehicles.Jessica L.

This was my only option to pick up the trailer to pull with the U-Haul truck for my car. The lady was knowledgeable with everything and assisted with unknotting the wheel straps on the trailer, she brought in a male employee to help my son get it unlocked it was long and tedious. The truck interior smelled horrific. my biggest complaint was the location of the pickup. Because I have hand trimmers the lady was very gracious and helpful.marcia C.

This location is in a dilapidated old building. The place smelled of smoke. The owner of the business has a dog that barked most of the time we were trying to finish the rental agreement. The person checking us out took nearly 20 minutes to complete the rental agreement and kept asking for the same information over and over (I suspect that she has an uncorrected hearing problem). This was not the locaiton we choose for a rental - this was a location that U-Haul moved us to. I would not have chosen this place. But, I don't think anyone who reads this cares, because I've complained about this exact same issue in the past and things never change. So, I'm not really sure why you ask for feedback because you don't do anything with it. So, either stop asking or pay attention to what feedback you are getting.Shane H.

Before my rental my reservation was moved to 3 locations and I had inconvenient with the pick up time and location. I had to rearrange my plans for time and pickup several times. At the pick up location the people are friendly but lack the knowledge of your computer system to properly bill. I had to wait over an hour just to hear the zone rep will get back to me. Accolades to the zone rep for his customer relation abilities. Facility has dirty vehicles and when the U haul company emailed me my receipt it is in some format that word or notepad does not recognize. I still cannot view my receipt. I will rent again in the future but NOT from this location.Astra R.
Both the people I deli with were very friendly and helpful and I wittnessed the same behavior with other customers the best location I have delt with wether it be in nevada or FloridaMalcom P.
Trailer lights were LED's that were for the most part, burned out and didnot work, they need replacing. The fenders had holes worn through them, a claim was put in for them. The ratchet assemblies needed oiling to operate properly. One of the tie down straps was worn. Otherwise it towed the car very well. I'd consider buying the unit as is for $200.john C.

I had to load and install my own transport trailer. And when I dropped it off, they checked it in way to late and charged me. I got a notice from paypal and called customer service. They said it would take 3 to 5 days to refund a mistake. Horrible experience.Shawn L.

Not sure if they new that side board on inside of trailer was glued back on and did not hold rope I put through it to hold object. Board came off but I used metal tie downs on bottom of trailer to hold item down. Not really a problem but thought I would mention itdaniel W.

After dropping the tow dolly I received a call from them asking me were I dropped it cause it wasn't there I placed it were they asked to put it at they had other equipment and none of it was locked at all with full access to it from anyoneALEJANDRO G.
It took 1.5 hrs to check out the equipment despite being the only customer there. The problem was with the computer system. The truck cargo door was stuck shut. This was not discovered until 300 miles away when we went to load it. The location has no bathroom. Because the location is in a sketchy neighborhood, no other businesses have public restrooms. This was extremely uncomfortable.John B.
I was charged twice for gas because it was less then a cm from where it started I paid $45 for gas this will be my first and last time using Uhaul I hate it with a passion now thanks for the horrible experienceLastarr L.

She was kind and knowledgeableable. She also made sure that i understood everything about the rental. By the time i brought the truck back I felt I had made a new friend.
