It took close to an hour to complete the transaction. The initial gentleman that was trying to process the billing was nice but it didn't seem like they were trained well enough on how to work it. I felt we should have only been there 10 minutes max. If the system was down what is the backup plan. Luckily it finally worked but what is the expectation of a wait time acceptable? We were only picking a trailer. I feel they should have some type of manual billing in the event this happens. He eventually had to go get someone at a park to have her come assist. Bottom line these depots should be better equipped with trained staff.JAMES E.
