Checkout person was stellar. Check in person, not so much. He seemed very nonchalant when I approached the counter with the key. After I parked the van. It was 2pm, there was no one else in the store. He said I was all set, not bothering to even inspect the vehicle. I was very surprised and a tad confused when I got a txt at 405pm alerting me that my rental was not returned! I called the customer service number to see what the issue was. That rep on the phone assured me that he would call the store to make sure it was taken care of.

IVAN PFirst, the mileage on my paperwork was lower than on the truck Second, the attendant said he would fix it in the computer and didn't. Third, the gas was so low upon departure that I had to immediately go to a gas station. Fourth, I returned the truck with more gas in it than I started with, yet was charged for triple the miles I drove and about $100 extra for gas fees. Nearly 3 times the quoted price! Fortunately the worker that made the initial mistake fixed it, issued a refund, and recharged me the correct amount. Overall, pleasant workers but extremely bad operations. I want to look elsewhere next time. Mike
MICHAEL CCould be more aware of issues with trucks… apparently the one I rented had a leak and when it rained, it soaked the boxes and my belongings inside.

Steven CEvery part of the transaction was fine except for the drop-off. My truck was high for the hitch and the cap would not come off the ball. Therefore I had brought blocks. When the hitch was clear or the ball the trailer rolled a bit to hit the bumper cover. The lady there recommended getting two male helpers to lift off the trailer.while getting them, I used the wood blacks as wheel chocks to prevent the rolling while the trailer was lifter off. When the two guys came down I was suggesting they lift the trailer and I would roll out. While suggesting this, Mario (I think that was his name) kicker the trailer off the ball and scratched- the cover. I thought it was a lazy stupid move on his part it certainly ,the easiest way out for him while the other watched.

Arthur SPick up and drop off went very quickly and smoothly. Having the option to hire movers through U-Haul was a great experience. I used Everyday Movers, Cody and Brian. They arrived early and completed the move within the time scheduled. They were polite and clean and worked their tails off!

JOSE FThe only issue that I have with your service is the fact that I was charged for milage & had to refuel the vehicle- that seems like a form of double dipping. My daughter suggested that next time I rent a work truck from Home Depot to save on the rental price & get unlimited local milage for free as long as the vehicle is refueled before returning it. It's good to have options to get the most for my money.
RICHARD ERatchets on trailer barely worked. They kept getting jammed and barely worked.
EZEKIEL MGreat customer service again. The woman I had spoke to when I brought it back was fantastic very knowledgeable and cooperative.

They took the time to answer my questions and made sure I was comfortable before heading out. Drop-off was just as simple. If you’re looking for reliable equipment and solid customer service, I definitely recommend U-Haul. I’ll be using them again for future moves.

ROBERT OStop raping us for money was charged 200$ for a tm that was 40 bucks to rent. Shit is fucking ridiculous only had it for a few hours and didn't even travel far. Fuck Uhaul!
CHRIS SWas overcharged and equipment that I had reserved was not available on day of pick up and the girl that assisted me was rude. Was originally told that my card would not be charged until I returned the truck but my card was charged before I evev left the store. Was charged for 3 days rental even though I returned the vehicle in 2 days. Was also charged for an appliance dolly but was only given a regular dolly. The store poorly run. Will never do business with them again
GERALD HNot much , They are very professional and courteous as well. If I ever need to rent another Uhaul I will be sure to rent from this location. They had plenty of choices in vehicle sizes.

As a Public Adjuster, I will be sending clients to rent trucks and storage when fire or water losses require a partial or full "pack out" Very Happy to recommend to my clients.

JEFFREY BThe crew was nice until I ran into 1 big guy who looked like he was the boss, or acted like he was. After us 2 women in our late 50’s moved furniture and a big storage unit for 5 long grueling days, doing a 1 way move and spent about $500 on the truck, I swept the truck out and I asked if they had a dumpster that I could put 1 box with broken glass into. They told me where it was and this big Boss guy comes over yelling at me that I can not put the trash in there. It was 1 box for crying out loud. He upset me so much that I had an epileptic seizure from the strsss that he caused me. So, everything was fine except for that guy. He does not help your company at all. No friendliness, No customer service, nothing. He’s a big waste!!
JEAN MI gave an average score because the communications were repetitive and even though I communicated as requested it felt like they weren't actually paying attention. Grateful for the independent movers who helped and communicated really well. with this said, the woman who helped me to set up the whole move was incredible. she deserves a raise and i give her an excellent rating.
