I was not happy at all. I had a problem picking it up and dropping it off with the Uhaul moblie app. It was freezing cold out. I had to call customer service twice. It was not a good experience. There was damage to the truck when picked up from spray paint with scratches. Then when dropping off the app would not upload the return pictures to finish the process. Then I had to call a day after to make sure did not get charged not additional fee.

It was a nightmare to get the van. Your location had no customer service. We had to use your horrible App. When calling CS we were given wrong information. The van had a dirty floor and seat.

The website gave me the option for this location of a physical check-in with a person but this is MOBILE ONLY! So I stood outside in the cold for a half hour sorting out how to get the keys. Then the keys were not even available so I had to take an entirely different truck. And then dolly and furniture pads were on my bill initially—even if I had accidentally asked for them, they weren't even in either truck, so I'm not sure why they were planning to rip me off for that. Fortunately the uhaul phone service rep was amazing!!! I'm done with uhaul though.

The truck had items from the previous client and was never cleaned between customers. This is unacceptable during Covid pandemic. I also had booked a trolley but one was not provided. There should be an option to stop at alternate location somewhere to get a trolley.

Absolute nightmare experience. Location was undergoing roof renovations and had work trucks blocking all access to the rental trucks. The "process" for getting the key code at the lock box was cumbersome and non-inuitive. My the rental request we placed also asked for a dolly and the truck was not equipped with one. I will never again use this location and strongly recommend you only use a uhaul location with an actual, dedicated office. However, if you want to sit on hold for 20 mins while waiting for a lock code, this is the spot for you.

24/7 on Noble is a Shell gas station. The attendant at the station had zero knowledge of the U-Haul operations on his property. He would not allow me to even park my car on the lot while I was out with the rental. I had to find street parking in an area that didn't offer many options. I also asked if I could use the restroom and was denied that too. Find a different rental location.

Hard to get access to the car. Waited 20 minutes to figure out how I could open it through the online portal and get approved which cut into my moving time. Some operations are just better in person.

My experience with Uhaul overall was not good. My location was automatically adjusted multiple times in the days leading up to my rental. I had to change my arrangement to get to the vehicle because I was originally planning to walk to the location I selected. Upon the reservation being automatically adjusted by Uhaul, my reservation for equipment (dolly / furniture pads) was erased. I did not have the necessary items to complete my move.

It was a pain to actually get the vehicle. I set up the account and checked in before, but was not able to get the keys until an agent called not one, but two contacts which took an extra 30 minutes.

Online process was terrible. Took over 1 hour to check in and check out was very confusing. If you are going to use online process, you need to improve it.

I was sent to pickup a truck at a location that has no U-Haul employee. The key was not available and the phone number for support left me on hold for 25 minutes. Then once I spoke with someone we got disconnected and they never called me back. I was late for my move and had to rent a truck from another company. I will not recommend or use U-Haul

The app directions need to be a little clearer on the return process. My app told me to return my keys before going through the rest of the return process which made things a bit confusing. Otherwise everything was clear and straightforward.

The entire process was frustrating and took forever to work properly we got to the site 15 min before our reservation and the reservation was officially complete until 10:45. I would bet recommend using tour mobile services to anyone it was more of a headache than waiting in the long lines on site at uhaul.

Just be sure to do everything through U-Haul website and follow those instructions. The employees inside the gas station don't know the exact process and can give you the wrong info. Just follow the steps online and you'll be fine.

Better instructions on how to operate the padlocks to get the key for the vehicle. Or just better padlocks in general. And a number to contact someone who handles the location if they're having issues.

NO DOLLY INCLUDED IN MY RENTAL even though I selected it. Did not receive any notification/notice of refund for this charge. REFUND MY MONEY FOR THE MISSING DOLLY

Your whole online system and customer service (by phone) needs to be improved significantly. The people at the Shell station at this location had no idea how the key lock box system worked and just send you outside. When I tried to follow the steps online to check in, neither the site nor the uhaul phone app would give me the combo to the lock with the key in it. I ended up standing outside for a full hour. i called uhaul customer support at one point, and i got transferred three or four times and no one knew how to help me. Finally, I found a number for this location (and I think I spoke to someone who was somewhere remote?) and the guy gave me the lock combo but was incredibly rude. This whole experience was awful, and switching to digital contracts/phone apps isn't convenient at all if none of it works.

Easy enough to find, and inside staff was helpful. But not clear indications or space for where to return larger trucks. Also we left the truck can interior in the exact same condition as we received it, but were charged a cleaning fee.

The area to park the trucks is a mess. They have 3 trucks but only have parking for 2 so the third truck has to be parked to block in the other 2 trucks. When we arrived, our truck was blocked in so we had to call customer service. When we came to drop off the truck, a bunch of random cars were parked in the spots so we had to call customer service once again, then they had to call the owner of the lot. Not a smooth process at all.

Extremely difficult to use express checking. Man at counter had no affiliation with U-Haul. No blankets I requested. Was told I prepaid for U-Haul when I hadn't, leading to confusion

There it was a lot of steps on the phone, too complicated on a moving day. Also our return parking spot was taken by another U-Haul. There was not another option where to park except unauthorized area. It was really stressful, complicated since no staff available to help with the situation. Gas station attendant not helpful at all. U-Haul phone customer service didn't know what to tell us so felt left on our own to figure it out. Terrible experience. Will not recommend or use this service again.

Many issues with getting the proper key code to retrieve the key from the lock box. Was put on customer service for 20+ minutes. Person inside the gas station had no clue how to help us. Ended up getting into the vehicle 45 minutes after the reservation started.

I had initially wanted to pick up the truck from another facility. When I made a time change, it changed the facility to pick it up without being clear to me. I had to scramble to get to the correct place at the correct time.

Next time a customer comes to pick up a U-Haul in the location (MAKE SURE THE KEYS ARE THERE) don't leave the customer waiting an hour for someone to bring the keys because then that's a whole hour off of the time they've already paid for. Also, when someone orders a Dolly....MAKE SURE IT'S IN THE TRUCK! I encountered so many issues and this was my first time ever using U-Haul services and I can honestly say it was terrible and I'll never use their services ever again, I wasted too much time and money and now you guys have the nerve to be charging me a late fee??? I've paid $50 already and you're saying I still owe $101??? After all of the problems and issues I dealt with using this company? I wouldn't recommend this company to my enemies let alone my family and friends.
