Morgan, was knowledgeable, professional, attentive and organized. It appeared she was holding down a VERY busy location (4 Corners Watersports) on her own. I noted a lot of Memorial Day Weekend movement and transactions happening. She treated each Customer in a friendly and timely fashion while taking notes, returning calls: Addressing each transaction on her own.

JOE KHello, I wanted to share feedback regarding a recent U-Haul experience and request a resolution. I was provided a U-Haul with a lock that would not open—the key would not turn at all. I spent approximately an hour trying to access the truck, during which time I called the store but was unable to reach anyone or receive a callback. I ultimately had to use WD-40 and lubricant to get the lock open myself. During this delay, I had three staff members present, each being paid $30/hour, resulting in approximately $120 in lost labor while we were unable to begin loading. Because of this delay, I was late returning the U-Haul and was charged for an additional full day. While I understand late return policies, this delay was directly caused by the equipment issue and lack of support. Additionally, my interaction with the representative was disappointing. I was told I was not a good communicator, despite my attempts to contact the store and resolve the issue in real time. Given these circumstances, I am requesting a refund for the additional day charge. I would also appreciate this feedback being taken seriously, as the situation was both costly and frustrating. Andrew DRep was downright rude to my husband. apparently we were over our “allowed mileage” by 50 miles and he spoke to my husband like he had been joyriding. “Idk man, you could have driven to Vegas.” The reality is that the way U-Haul calculates mileage and the “grace-period” is BS. Apparently we were supposed to pay $300 extra to drop closer to home, or we were supposed to unload all our shit at U-Haul to avoid the overage fee.

KELLY KUnsafe vehicle and inadequate roadside assistance!! Had to travel from CO to LA in rain with no windshield wipers. First time it broke they replaced it with a used one that they took from another truck because no-one had a new one to put on which is unacceptable.That worked for a day and the next day the used one broke. This is all on the drivers side. The passenger side they fixed with electrical tape. A second roadside assistance guy came out with only a hammer and some tape!! He could not fix it. We had no choice but to drive in the rain with no wipers. We stopped for RainX and loaded it on the windshield which helped us see enough to drive slowly. We are requesting a refund or partial reimbursement.
James MUsed them in the past and all went well, I gave them another shot and it went just as well. Professional employees, no issues. Will use them again in the future.

DALLAS AThis location needs some type of apparatus to help lift the front of trailer to hook up to ball, I was afraid that I was going to hurt myself by lifting and disconnecting the U-Haul from my ball hitch. There needs to be something on site to help lift the trailer to hook and unhook. The front of the trailer is too heavy to lift alone.
JIMMY SThere were some material left in the trailer from the previous user that I had to dispose of (2x 10' saddle thresholds), so just double checking the trailers are clean and empty.
RYAN SUhaul systems down all afternoon. Wasn’t the locations fault. Unreal that a company this size have ancient platforms & worthless backup systems Trailer was rusty & attachment runner boards inside had super small and inconsistent holes for straps. Also not the locations fault, update your equipment Uhaul

JAY BWhile the equipment was clean and well maintained, the windshield interior was streaked which didn’t become apparent until I was driving at night. Something to be aware of for maintenance routines.
JOELLE DI think it would be good practice to check the actual mileage that someone drove their rental unit so that they know they've been charged the amount equivalent to what they drove. Not a big deal. I really like this U-Haul outlet.

JEFFRY PEmployee George was extremely rude. He then over charged me for being late after his incompetence. I arrived on time for my reservation, he then took 30 minutes to get our vehicle to us. The absolute poorest excuse for customer service I have ever encountered.
