Robert at 4K Auto Service in La Vernia TX was very nice and helpful. He also let us return the trailer to his location even when it was closed during the Thanksgiving holiday break. He then gave us a credit to us for returning the trailer two days early. We recommend using 4K Auto service if you need to rent a truck or trailer.Robert N.
vendor quoted me $130 for a Tow Dolly .. U-Haul charged me $225 on my credit card. tow dolly was rusted and hardly operable .. no thank you.RODGER DAMIEN X.
I picked up the trailer on a Friday for use Sunday. The attendant where I picked up the trailer picked it up from a field overgrown with grass. Sunday I realized the tire was low. Upon checking the pressure it was completely out of air. We aired it up and could see and hear where the hole was. I called for service and after waiting an hour and a half we decided to use fix a flat and take our chances. We had a two abs a half hour drive ahead of us. Almost three hours later I received a call from a tire tech looking for my house. I had already sent a text cancelling the repair request, with no response. I was never notified a tech had been dispatched either. Absolutely no communication. To make matter worse to left too late too late to return the trailer in time due to waiting for a tech to be dispatched for the flat in the first place, and I was charged an extra night.Melynda F.

Location was great however dealing with U Hual â€œcustomer serviceâ€ was not. I had to driver 50+ miles to pickup this unit without any offer to compensate the inconvenience. Equipment availability is your responsibility, not mine and the rigid tone towards finding a solution by your personnel is disappointing.JOSE R.
