I was quoted $24.00 and change for the trailer and $8.00 for insurance for a 24hr period. Once I made arrangements to pick up my merchandize, I drove to the U Haul representative who mentioned the prices are double and I can go somewhere else if I did not find this acceptable. Since I was in need of a trailer at that time only, I had to accept. I'm not happy with the dealer doubling my charges and would like to be refunded half of the charges on the trailer and insurance from U Haul. James Reeder 517-546-4319

Ms. PETROFF was phenomenal! I arrived early before opening and without a reservation. She welcomed me in and treated myself and crew amazing! What a valuable asset to U-Haul, Five Star, and myself! Thank you for making it so easy to rent a truck for the day!

They were in the middle of an office renovation and total disarray! I wish I knew the lady's name but she went above and beyond to make sure I got the rental I needed when I needed. I will recommend this u-haul location

I was there on time for my return and no one was around. I called a number of times with no call back. I left the keys in a drop box and returned to my office to call uhaul about my return and to get my total cost and receipt of my charges. I was told I would get it emailed and I never did. I did however, get an email of a receipt of an incorrect charge for an extra day that I shouldn't have. I had to call uhaul again to get this corrected and was told I needed to speak with a Kevin Cunning. This guy was completely unprofessional and I guess he's your district manager? Pathetic! After making me feel very uncomfortable because I was bothering him on the road, he said he reversed the incorrect charge of the extra day and could send me an email of that confirmation, but couldn't send me an email of the "correct" charge. He said I could text him my email address and he could screen shot the receipt and email it to me that way. Really? What a joke! How is this????? His tone and demeanor was completely unprofessional and disgusting and made "ME" feel like I was bothering "HIM"!!! I'm the customer and YOU guys messed things up! You would think you would want to bend over backwards to help fix YOUR screw up, but no. I will never use uhaul again and will tell everyone I know of my experience. This is a piss poor run company with some piss poor employees! Kevin Cunning should not have a job with uhaul and the Marblehead location should not have a franchise, nor should the one in Norwalk.
