Tell me what the extra $63 was for when I arrive to pick up my rental. The guy at this location had no clue. Come to find out, it was for insurance that I declined to begin with. Also maybe give out the correct amount of furniture pads. Paid for 12, got 6, even after asking, â€œAre there a dozen pads in this package.â€ Yep sure are. First day on the job, dude?Troy R.
This location had posted hours of operation starting at 7:00am. I was there at 7:50am and no one was there. Got a bill for the back of the truck being "dirty" which I completely disagree with, it was NOT dirty. He also said it wasn't filled up with fuel to the correct spot when I returned it with MORE fuel than I received when I got the truck. I've used u-Haul many times over last 14 years and this is by far the worst transaction I've had.Jordan L.

Was told I would get credited for the vehicle safety issues and instead I got hit with an extra days rental ($40) and an extra day of the $28.80 (insurance) even though I dropped it off nearly 12 hours early, over full tank of gas, under the mileage allowed and cleaned with several bags of furniture pads unused. How the hell do I get charged more when I was told I would get credited for the vehicle issues and bad experience?? I am filing complaints with UHAUL Corporate and with my bank. This is total BULLSHITDENNIS B.
