Literally every time I use Uhaul there’s a problem. The last time I used Uhaul which was a week or two ago. They never finished my paperwork the day of so I got an email accusing me of not returning the truck. The time before that... my Uhaul broke down on the side of the highway. I had to jump through extreme loops to be compensated. You guys suck balls.

Got to the drop off location 2 hours before closing. It was closed with sign on door to call number. Tried calling for 30 minutes with no answer. Just left truck & keys.

We had the truck reserved to be picked up at a different location which was about 15 minutes away from here. No one told us the location would be different until we got to the original pick up location and said you dont have a reservation here. She then had to call traffic. Then, on top of that, the location we picked up at did not have our blankets that we ordered. We ordered 6 dozen and he managed to find 2 dozen. Also the truck smelled bad of pot and cigarettes

When I arrived, my reservation was set somewhere else even though I had the confirmed location(904)of my pick up. I never received a phone call telling me my reservation was switched.

Dirty truck. Owner Don lied to me and said truck was serviced so I didn't check tires. The next morning after loading the truck I checked the tire pressure and all tires were low and left driver's side outside rear was flat. Had to call roadside assistance to change tire. That took over an hour on the phone to get through. Totally unacceptable !!! Previous renter smoked, the truck reeked and the windows were filthy inside and out. Had to spend an hour cleaning the vehicle before I could drive it to Michigan. UHAUL should shut 904 Auto down and remove all their equipment... I will only rent a vehicle from a Corporate Store from now on !!!

Hard to get into the location. Not clear where trailer should go. Door was locked in the middle of a workday, but person came out after I put the trailer in what appeared to be correct location. Took my ticket. Some more communication would have been helpful

Clearly state that you must call when you arrive at the pickup location, they are working in the back and the office is locked.

I dropped the vehicle off a day prior to deadline on Saturday May 11. They did not put the vehicle into system until I called uhual. Consequently, I was charged for an additional day. In addition, i returned the vehicle with a quarter tank of gas but they charged me an additional 1/8 or 10 bucks to mirror the mistake made at the location of pick up.

I had to wait for the person who works there to arrive. I waited 45min for this to happen, even reserved the truck and told the person on the phone that I was gonna be there in 20min. The gentleman that got me the truck wasn’t very helpful didn’t offer anything and acted like I interrupted his day. Very disappointed
