Rented 15' truck with Appliance Dolly. When my friend went to go pick up the truck, he was informed that it was ready to go. When it arrived at my residence, it was missing the appliance dolly. I asked if he checked before leaving but he said they were busy and he didn't want to wait to ask someone about it. I would appreciate not paying for equipment that wasn't used.Rachel S.

Unfortunately, my mileage was miscalculated and I was overcharged for my rental. Instead of it being $95 I was charged just over $712. This was a massive financial inconvenience. This was my first experience with U-Haul. I do not intend to rent from here again.Shanina T.

It was extremely difficult trying to move heavy boxes across the rubber floor in the cargo area. It would have been much easier on the regular metal floor. I am suffering extreme pain and soreness now as a result.gabriel A.

The person who checked me out for the truck departure wasn't the regular person and had to work his way through the process, while also running the store. I also had to come back in to get the 10 furniture 'pads' (I got blankets, which were fine for my needs) that I had rented. Other than those minor quirks, I had no problems and was fine with my experience in general.Eric L.

The customer service at this location it outstanding! They were very help and accommodating to my needs after the truck I had ordered was crashed the night prior to my move. The entire experience with Uhaul customer service has been a nightmare. From charging me 2 times for the same rental to not getting me the right size truck. I will never ever use Uhaul againanetra B.
My comment is more to do with the Uhaul 24/7 app. It changed my pickup location at the last minute, and the A-Mart in Coatesville is not actually open to pick up Uhauls on Sundays. The proprietor was kind enough to help me and got me set up with the truck, dolly, and blankets despite this. He went out of his way to help, but the situation was a failure of the Uhaul app.Katelynd B.

Worst experience ever. I did not request this location. The owners dont speak English or have a clue what there doing. They told me to do it myself -the self service the app did not work they had the wrong size truck the representative on the phone was rude as well as the store owners who were more interested in the customers inside the store buying drug paraphernalia. This is no reflection on the location but on Uhaul and how they operate. I booked a 17' truck with appliance doly and utility doly for two days from a location close to my home. The day before I find out I have to go much further and now will be charged these miles for the pick up of said uhaul and it was a 15' with only a utility doly. That shouldn't be acceptable. I'd rather be told sorry this is all we have would this be ok rather than just changing everything last minute. Thank you for your time.Shannon F.
My order included a dolly which was not available at pick up. I also had to drive a half hour away to pick up the one-way rental. The website should be more clear that when selecting a pick up location it is only a preference and better availability options should be included.Monette F.
We waited almost one hour trying to pick up the van. The only person who knew how to check out a U-Haul vehicle didn't show up for work, so I went online to complete the express pick up process. The staff at the store couldn't locate the key! My son had to try to help and the van was filthy.Paige L P.

Construction debis in the cargo area. Inside of windshield so dirty I had to pick up cleaning supplies and deal with it. Cab smelled like some had smoked two cartons of cigarettes in it. 20,900 miles.Thomas B.

Was not sure if I did the drop off right. I did watched the video and the instruction where very simple. But I did not get a confirmation that the vihecle was dropped off correctly. I did recurved an email the next morning at the time that I was sechedule to drop it off. This made me a little nurveous as I did not want to get changed for another day of rental when I didn't need it.roseanna M.
A-Mart pick up was fine. However, each time I call to make a reservation I am always routed to another location. My reservation for A-MART was called in over one month for pick up and drop off. I was still directed to another location. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SVC.....Nora P.

Make sure that there are warnings that the fees add up quickly. The truck says $19.95 for a day, where I ended up with an $80 bills for 4 hours and less than a 20 mile trip. I was very pleased with the ease of rental, and the contact rep for verification otherwise.Meghan M.

Got charged $20 for furniture pads and this location does NOT carry furniture pads. Tried having it taken off the bill when I returned the truck, but did not get a finalized bill upon return because only one person in that store can process U-Haul business and he doesn't work on the weekend. Additionally, there was debris in the back of the truck that they dismissed as no big deal, and the right mirror was so loose that the wind from driving would blow it against the truck causing a dangerous condition.Jim O.

We had to drop the truck off at 645 on the 1st of July and he did not come back until the 3rd. Then on the 3rd he came in late and typed our receipt as dropping the truck off on the 3rd. We got charged 40 dollars for an extra day. THe place is very unprofessional.James D.
