They also tried to bill us extra for extra mileage and days. She fixed the whole situation and I will highly recommend the drop off location again.

David PPinedale location was great. However I never of should have had to drive 2 hours to pick up a uhaul. That is disappointing that i was told to rent online as it has the most up to date info. I received a call the day prior to needing as I original location was not available. Uhaul needs to communicate better.

James SI don't know who is responsible for maintenance on UHaul equipment. The auto transport gears for the front wheel straps had not been lubed in a long time, if ever. We had to do it so equipment could be used. Same goes with pull out ramps on the trucks. A little maintenance goes a long way.

BEAU BThe app sucks. The desktop version sucks. It is an enormous pain to get through the check in and return process. Y'all basically want the customer to do all the work while you collect the money.
KEVIN CIf a customer is told to sweep out a trailer prior to returning it, the trailer should be swept out before that customer even picks it up. Trailer was absolutely filthy on the inside when I picked it up, yet I still swept it out prior to returning it. Uhaul should not expect free labor from its customers...completely unprofessional!

Kavin HEnsure that the individual connecting the trailer to my pickup has the knowledge and skills to do so correctly. The trailer was incorrectly attached to my pickup, causing a few thousand dollars worth of damage. Currently, I am battling your insurance agency to get my vehicle fixed, costing me both time and money for negligence on the part of the U-haul employee/rep.

AMADEO MTruck was handed to me with a broken windshield wiper pump. I could not get any wiper fluid dispensed. I had to make a special trip out of my way to get help, then stop at a second location to wait for a repair guy to replace it. I lost over an hour of travel time. Not having any way to clean the windshield when there is water and magnesium chloride on the road is flat out dangerous. This should be considered a mandatory safety feature that must be tested before releasing the vehicle!
JAYNEE BUHaul representatives need to FULLY and CAREFULLY inspect the vehicle prior to releasing to the customer. Store rep was helpful and worked hard to get me underway, but the windshield wiper fluid pump was non-operational, and I had to drive a full 6 hours with no ability to clean the windshield, even after driving through wet areas where magnesium chloride had been applied. So dangerous!
