Hi, my name is Ashley Schoener and we have gotten a 15" uhaul Saturday morning and it was the worse experience I have ever experienced. We were headed to Great Falls from Lander Wyoming and when we got to Riverton our AC has stopped working and it hasn't worked since and the weather was 93 degrees outside and having to kids in there. And we also had a car dolley on the back of it and the straps that was on the tires were so worn out that we had to stop and fix it so many times. And the back end and the cab was dirty. My kids are 4 and 14 and we're trying sleep and they were sweating that I had to take my son's shirt off. I have spent almost $1,000 to get this uhaul and didn't get the help that we should had gotten. If I had to recommend uhaul to anyone that has asked I would say hell no....if I could rate this as a zero I would. And If I knew there was another moving company than i would of went to their company instead of yours. And I would like something done about this.... If I don't get money back from having so many issues then my husband which is in was in his name.. I will go to the higher ups. And get a lawyer and go after everyone til something is done about it... And it's under my husband name if you wanna look it up

It's not clear where the acceptable drop-off parking spots are after hours. I just asked the clerk in the Conoco station.
