I had no problem with this location, the problem is uhaul service. We reserved a truck, then uhaul emailed not available. Then we need to drive out of town ( longer distance) to get a a truck . We had reservations for a 20 and received a 26. ( So wrong truck) then drive back to our town. We then we're given a further location form our drop off. Beacuse of uhaul. Then you charge me for extra mileage cause my reservation got screwed up??!?!? First and last experience with uhaul.. Shame on youNic S.
After we made our reservations, the location for both the pick up and the drop off of the truck was changed on us. We were able to change the pick up location back to one convenient for us, rather than driving 26 miles the opposite direction to pick up the truck like U-Haul changed our reservation to.Michael P.

This is a gas station and mini-mart that also has a few U-Haul trucks on the lot. When I picked up the truck my bill included insurance that I did not want. The clerk said he didn't know how to remove the charge. I turned in the truck a full day early. A different clerk was unable to document the early return or give me any sort of paperwork/receipt. I was told the receipt would be emailed. When I received the email, it showed I'd been charged for the original estimated time. Luckily I had taken a photo of the speedometer when I turned in the truck. It showed the time and date of return. After several phone calls and an hour of being "on hold", I was able to get the overcharges refunded. I WOULD ONLY USE THIS SITE IF YOU USE ONLINE REGISTRATION AND RETURN! The clerks are strictly gas station cashiers. They have no knowledge or interest in providing customer service to U-Haul customers.Noel W.

This would have been an outstanding experience except for the fact I was charged a $28 Safe Move fee without asking if I wanted it or even the $14 basic fee. This is totally unacceptable and deceptive and I would never rent here again because of it. The dealer needs to be up front and honest with the customers. I might choose to take this insurance add-on, but I won't stand for it being added on without being asked to accept it.Lorin D.

The truck came with 3/4 tanks as per contract. I filled the tank to half way between 3/4 and full I was charged to fill the tank to full. They ripped me off, I own a business where we rent uhaul fairly often and I will never rent from this place again. Truck was not clean and over charged me for gas I did not use.James L.

I never signed or saw the contract/receipt upon pickup. I was emailed a copy of the "receipt" that I never signed four hours after picking up the vehicle. When I picked up the truck it only had 3/4 tank of gas in it and I didn't know it was supposed to have 15/16 of a tank of gas according to the receipt that I was supposed to have seen. I didn't know to follow the pre-trip inspection, again because I never saw it so I have no proof or evidence that this was the case. However, I basically spent an extra $40 worth of gas, your employee signed a contract I was supposed to sign and one that I never saw until a copy of it was emailed to me.Kylun S.

Was told over the phone it could be mobile check in at 8. When we went to pick up equipment and tried to check in online it told us 9 is when they opened so we couldn't get it until then, so we turned around. As it turns out it was a gas station and we could have gone at 8.Stephanie H.
I was never asked and I did not request this safe move charge of $28. But then I see my finalized transaction bill and this was on it! I'm requesting to have this removed but I shouldn't have to request. Inaccurate billing should be presented to you for charging a person's credit card so disputes can be handled prior but after the fact.GEORGE S.

This is not a staffed location. It is 24/7 online pickup only. I got there at my appointment time, and there was no one at the gas station who could help. I had to wait another 40 minutes for anyone to show up, and then he had to re-enter the information I had already submitted. He literally showed me my picture of my driver's license and said the form was missing a picture of my driver's license. This is why I chose and actual U-Haul location to pickup the truck, and wear greatly inconvenienced by this ill-equipped parking lot. The order was also missing the blankets I had orders, which led to damage of my property while on transit. Not a good experience.AUSTIN H.

It was a horrible experience. I went to the location that was listed on my pick up only to find out they didn't show my reservation there but instead at my drop off location. So I went all the way to Hartford, WI then back to shorewood, then back to Hartford, and I was charged mileage for this also! Not to mention I tried to return the truck after my move the same day and was told I had to keep it overnight! I want to be compensated for all the trouble I went through! This was ridiculous! A&B Mart was absolutely terrible service! Someone needs to contact me regarding this!nicolelynn P.
