Not open during business hours at the scheduled return time. No drop box at the location to place the keys after returning. No phone number to call the phone number on the contract is disconnected. The phone number on the sign at the side of the building is disconnected. The sing also lists a cell phone number that is not answered. The Uhaul 1-800 number has a half-hour wait to talk to anybody. The location is filthy with trash on the lot on the porch and in the broken cars, broken windows, and broken cars. There is a nice Uhaul location less than a mile away, which is closer to my location, but the computer said this location was closed.john B.

The cabin was filthy. Full of mud. The back of the truck was also dirty. During COVID I am expecting that it would also be sanitized but it wasn't. We spent hours cleaning it which caused us to leave later from our original departure time.DAVID L.
The location had no help with how to use the car tow and I had to connect it myself . The owner parked his car in front of the 26 foot truck I rented and was irritated I asked him to move it so I could leave the parking lot without hitting his vehicle . He then sat in his truck while I connected the car tow myself and he didn't give any directions on how the items attached . He didn't give rates of gas costs for refills or specifics of any kind just handed the keys and watched me load the car tow and start the truck . The service was slow and I wasn't given any chance to look over equipment . I would never go to this location again and I didn't want to originally but uhaul called and said the location I selected was out of trucks .Holly P.

We were supposed to check out from our phone, the guys ended up being there and so they helped...the guy didn't know what he was doing. He took our swiped out credit card several times, which we had already paid, he didn't seem confident about the entire process. The dolly wasn't even in the truck so if we would have done the check out by phone, and they were gone, we wouldn't have had our dolly.Shaun D.

People were rude and reluctant to assist. First U-Haul place I have been that I ranked as not acceptable. Will not use this location again.Brian S.
I am 65 he was older than us and my husband had to unhitch the trailer by ourself on an incline. My husband had to hold up the tongue of the trail to prevent rolling back. Hit his bicep, will be seeing doctor. Never ever will bring a uhaul to this location. Uhaul should absolute ashamed of themselves to use them. Someone will get hurt and if they every contact us we will be happy to testify.Pat A.
We were supposed to return trailer to Highland Center (Schertz TX) who refused to accept it. He directed us to this Cibolo location. They were not advised nor expecting us, but gladly offered to assist. He helped us park the trailer and promptly sent a receipt.Thomas Z.
