My pick up location was changed without any notification. My original pick up location informed me of this when I showed up to pick up the Ujaul. The computer system was down , so it took quite awhile for them to figure out how to complete my pick up. The app was also not working
Melisa Bi have been using this location recently to rent trailers. they have reasonable hours and i have had no problems getting the trailer i need when i need it. dropping off after hours is not a problem. the guys are friendly and helpful. love the place.
JERRY HUhaul as a company did an AWFUL job. We were to rent from Janesville but kicked us to pick up in Beloit (and return to Beloit). We paid for 40 miles at 1$ per mile that should not have been. You owe me 40$ for that.
CHRISTEN MI was forced to do 24/7 uhaul and I don't like it.
